You can require special technician notes for the customer at each stop (after each service is completed) by checking the box highlighted below. When this settings it turned on, technicians will see the following screen after completing a service at a stop:


If you would like to require your Technicians to add customer and/or vehicle inspection notes, check the box next to the corresponding requirement.
