If you want your technicians to be able to track their progress daily, you can turn on the "Technician Scoreboard". When this option is turned on, your technician(s) will be able to see their progress when it comes to # of stops completed, revenue completed and square footage completed.
Turning on the Technician Scoreboard for Your Technicians
Turn turn this option on, you can navigate to your settings screen by hovering over your name in the top right corner of your admin screen and clicking on "Settings".
Scroll to the "Technician Settings" section and click the checkbox next to "Show technician scoreboard on technician screen". Don't forget to click the "Submit" button.
Viewing the Technician Scoreboard from the Technician Screen
Once this option is enabled, your technician(s) will see a new button near the top of their technician dashboard. When clicking this "Technician Scoreboard" button, your technician will see 3 progress bars that break down their daily progress when it comes to square footage, number of stops and revenue completed.
