Whether you are planning seasonal outreach or setting up upsell campaigns, generating customer lists based on specific active services is simple. You can generate lists for both customers who currently have a service and those who do not by using reports and property tags.
Generating a List of Customers WITH a Specific Service
To view all active customers currently enrolled in or assigned a specific service:
- Navigate to the Marketing/Customer Data Report from your main dashboard.
- Locate the Programs & Services filter dropdown.
- Select your specific target service.
- Click Quick Search to generate and view the list of matching customers.
Generating a List of Customers WITHOUT a Specific Service
To identify customers who do not currently have the service, use the Unscheduled Services Map View to apply a tag, then run a targeted filter.
- Go to the Unscheduled Services page.
- Click the Filters button and use the Properties WITHOUT Outstanding Services filter to find the customers WITHOUT the selected service.
- Apply a custom tag (e.g.,
No-Aeration-Seeding)to the relevant properties using the Bulk Edit Tags Feature. - Return to the Marketing/Customer Data Report.
- In the Customer & Property Attributes filter dropdown use the Tag(s) filter to include the tag you just created to isolate all customers without that service.
Tip: Once you have generated either list in the Marketing/Customer Data Report, you can export the data to CSV for bulk email outreach or direct mail campaigns.
