Q: What does "First Charge Date" mean and how is this different for a program versus an individual customer?

A: There is a "first charge date" for programs and a "first charge date' that could be different for individual customers and this first charge date for the individual customers is what would be their billing date every month but the program "first charge date" is simply making sure that no billing is able to start for anyone until after a certain date.

Q: Will customers still receive an invoice if they are enrolled in monthly installments?

A: No. No invoices will actually be sent to the customer, although invoices will exist in their customer account technically so you will always be able to see what the customer has paid versus services produced/completed. However, they can be sent a statement at any time that will have the details of their monthly installment plan on it (please note that automated monthly statements will not be sent to monthly installment billing customers if they do not have an outstanding balance outside of their monthly installment balance).

Q: What happens if I change the system pricing in general for all my services in SPRAYE, will this change a customer's existing monthly installment plan?

A: No, if prices in general in the system change this will not change a customer's monthly installment plan.

However if an individual property/customer's price changes because their property size changed or an override changes then it DOES recalculate their monthly installment plan in that case only on services that are not yet completed (no invoice yet).

Q: What happens if a customer is past due on multiple monthly installment billing payments because their card declined multiple times?

A: The system will charge the card for each of the payments that is due separately as soon as a new card is updated on their account.
