The Program Summary Report shows how many properties are enrolled in each program, and the total square footage those properties represent.

Filters

The following filters at the top of the page can be used to narrow the results.

Programs

Service Area

Property Status (set to Active by default)

Program Assigned Date (Assigned From and Assigned To)

The report opens showing the current month so far, with the Assigned From and Assigned To boxes already filled in. Change those dates to look at a different period - for example, set Assigned From to the first of January to cover a whole season. The report always covers a date range, so clearing both boxes returns it to the current month rather than showing everything.

Once you have selected your search criteria, click the "Search" button. Clicking "Search" without changing anything shows every active program for the dates currently selected.

The Programs filter has a search box inside it. Typing part of a program name narrows the list, and "Select all" then selects only the programs still showing, so you can pick a whole season at once by searching for the year.

The list will provide the Program, Type, number of Properties, Total Sq Ft and Total Acres.

Standalone Services that share the same name are grouped into a single row, with the number of services shown after the name. Every other program has its own row, and you can click the program name to go directly to the Edit Program page.

Archived programs are not included in this report.

Properties

Click the number in the Properties column to see the properties behind it. The list shows the Property, Customer, Address, Service Area, Status, Sq Ft and the date the program was assigned to that property. You can click the Property or Customer name to go to that record.

Totals

The totals row adds up enrollments rather than distinct properties. A property enrolled in two programs is counted by both rows, so if your customers are enrolled in more than one program the totals will be higher than your actual property count.

Reset

The Reset button clears any selected filters, returns Property Status to Active, and puts the dates back to the current month. The table itself does not change until you click "Search" again.

CSV Download

The "CSV Download" button exports the summary to spreadsheet format. When you have opened the properties list for a program, the "Download these properties" button exports that list instead.

The download buttons are unavailable until the table matches the filters on screen. If you change a filter, click "Search" to update the table and the buttons become available again. This makes sure the file you download always matches what you are looking at.
