Spraye offers two primary methods for adding services in bulk: adding standalone services from the Properties page, and assigning program based services from the Programs page. Each method serves a distinct operational purpose.
Method 1: Bulk Add Standalone Services (Properties Page)
Use this method to add a single standalone service to one or multiple properties simultaneously.
- Verification: Check the Services tab on any of the selected property profiles to verify the new standalone service appears on the list.
Key Information:
- Any service can be used as a standalone service; it does not need to belong to a program.
- Field Technician Option: Technicians can also add standalone services directly from the technician screen while on-site (if enabled in Invoice Global Settings), with options to mark completed, schedule for a future date, or place on hold.
Method 2: Assign a Program to Properties in Bulk (Programs Page)
Use this method to assign an entire program including all of its associated services to multiple properties at once.
- Verification: Navigate to the Programs tab on a target property's detail page to confirm the program and its associated individual services were created.
Method 3: Create Estimates in Bulk
You also have the option to create estimates in bulk with either the program or the standalone service and then accept those estimates in bulk, which will assign the services. For more information see How to Create & Send Estimates.
Key Information:
- Price Overrides: Program-level overrides only support a single flat rate per service. For distinct price overrides on different individual services, use the Estimate method instead.
- Program Duplication (Copy): You can also bulk assign by clicking the Plus icon (+) next to an existing program to duplicate it. The copied program inherits all property assignments and pricing overrides, which you can adjust before saving.
