If you notice that some programs in your list show individual customer names, for the Property List, while others display a total property count, this formatting is intentional. The system automatically adjusts what is shown based on available display space and property status.

Key Rules for Program Property Display

1. Active vs. Canceled Properties

  • Count Calculation: The property count listed for a program only includes Active properties.
  • Canceled Properties: If a property has been Canceled, the system still reflects that the property has the program, but it will not be included in the total Active property count.

2. Display Space (Names vs. Numbers)

  • Small Number of Active Properties: If the active property count is small enough that the customer names fit neatly inside the program box, the system will list the actual property names directly.
  • Large Number of Active Properties: If there are too many active properties to fit visually inside the box, the display automatically reverts to showing the total count (e.g., "15 Selected").

Example:

If a program has 4 total properties selected, but 2 are Active and 2 are Canceled:

  • Only the 2 Active properties will be counted and displayed inside the Property List box at the top.
  • Because those 2 active names fit inside the box, you will see their specific names listed rather than a numerical count.
