Method 1: The Available Work Report
The Available Work Report provides a complete overview of your square footage, broken down by jobs that are pending, scheduled, or already completed.

- Navigate to the Reports section in your main menu.
- Select and open the Available Work Report.
- Locate the search/filter parameters at the top of the report.
- Search for your specific service (e.g., Round 1).
- Click Search.
The report will display a summarized breakdown showing the exact total square footage allocated to that service across all matching properties.
Method 2: The Unscheduled Services Page
If you are looking to see the total volume of work that has not yet been put on a schedule, you can use the Unscheduled Services dashboard.

- Click the Select All checkbox at the top left of the data table.

If you're looking for the Sq Ft for a large number of properties, the standard table view might paginate your results (e.g., only showing 50 or 100 properties per page), meaning "Select All" will only count that specific page.
