If you need a spreadsheet or list of all properties tied to a specific customer, you can quickly generate one by extracting the data directly from the Properties page.
The Short Answer
While there is no direct "Export" button on the Properties page, you can easily create your own spreadsheet by copying the data table from the Properties page and pasting it into Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, then saving it as a CSV.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to build your spreadsheet:
Step 1: Locate the Target Account or Group
- Navigate to your main dashboard.
- Search for and open the customer's account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Properties View
- Look at the tab navigation menu inside the account profile.
- Click on the Properties tab. This will populate a clean, organized table listing every property associated with that name, along with their respective addresses and contact details.
Step 3: Copy and Paste the Data Table
- Left-click and drag your mouse cursor to highlight the entire table of properties (including the header rows like Property Name, Address, etc.).
- Right-click the highlighted text and select Copy (or press
Ctrl + Con Windows /Cmd + Con Mac). - Open a blank spreadsheet in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Right-click the first cell (
A1) and select Paste (or pressCtrl + V/Cmd + V). The data will neatly drop into separate columns and rows.
Step 4: Save and Download as a CSV
- Review your spreadsheet and adjust column widths if necessary to clean up the formatting.
- Go to File > Download (or Save As).
- Select Comma-Separated Values (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx) from the file format options.
