If a service is deleted by mistake, you do not need to recreate it from scratch. The system automatically saves all deleted jobs in Archived Services. Restoring a service from this page will immediately place it back into your active scheduling pool.
Step-by-Step Recovery Guide
To retrieve your deleted services, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Archived Services
- Log into your Admin dashboard.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Scheduling.
- Select Archived Services from the left menu options.
Step 2: Locate the Missing Service
- Use the search bar at the top of the Archived Services page and type in the Customer's Name.
- Locate the specific service item(s) that were deleted by mistake.
Step 3: Restore the Service
- Check the box on the far left next to each service line item you wish to bring back.
- Scroll to the top of the table list and click the blue Restore Services button.
Once clicked, the service(s) will instantly vanish from the Archived Services page and reappear on the Unscheduled Services page ready to be scheduled.
Pro-Tip: Missing From "Unscheduled Services"?
If you are looking for an expected job on the Unscheduled Services page and you're are unable to find it, always check the Archived Services page. A common cause for missing unassigned work is accidentally clicking "Delete". Following the recovery steps above will safely place it back onto your Unscheduled Services page so it can be scheduled.
