When you archive a program within the system, any unscheduled services that are currently assigned to customers or properties under that program can also automatically be archived.
Because these Unscheduled Services remain active in the background, they can cause confusion by appearing on active customer accounts despite the parent program being archived. This guide explains how to manage these services when Archiving a program.
The Automated Prompt
To streamline this process, a confirmation prompt will automatically ask about deleting Unscheduled Services related to the program being archived.
- Navigate to the Programs screen.
- Click Delete/Archive next to the program you wish to remove.
- A pop-up notification will appear asking:
"Would you also like to archive/delete all of the associated services in this program that are currently assigned to customers/properties?" - Make sure the Yes, also archive all associated services option is selected.
- Click Confirm Archive.
The system will automatically sweep through your database and archive all unscheduled services tied to that specific program across all properties, saving you from manual cleanup.

If you don't want to archive the associated services you can deselect the Yes, also archive all associated services option.
If you accidentally select the wrong program, you can click the Cancel option to cancel the process and leave everything unchanged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this delete services that have already been completed or scheduled? A: No. The automated cleanup tool specifically targets unscheduled services. Any service that has already been performed, invoiced, or locked into a specific calendar date will remain intact for historical record-keeping.
Q: Can I restore a program once it's archived? A: Archiving is designed to be a soft-delete. While you can reactive a program, we recommend verifying customer property service lists afterward. If you archived Unscheduled Services you will also need to restore them from Archived Services once the program is reactivated.
