How to Download a CSV of All Properties
The Properties CSV gives you a spreadsheet of every property in your account. Along with the service address, square footage, property type, sales tax and service area, it includes the Spraye IDs, the customer on each property, the programs assigned to it, front and back yard square footage, grass types, zones and tags. Use it to reconcile Spraye with other systems (Zapier, CRMs, accounting), to plan by grass type or square footage, or to audit your property setup.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Go to Properties in the main left-hand navigation menu. (The same button is also on the Prospects page.)
- Click the CSV Download button in the toolbar at the top of the page.
- Your browser downloads a file named properties_YYYY-MM-DD.csv. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
What's in the Download
- All of your properties, every time. The download does not follow the filters or search on the Properties page. Use your spreadsheet's filters to narrow it down after you open it.
- Only properties that still have a customer. If every customer on a property has been deleted, the property is no longer in your account and is not included.
- One row per property per program. A property with three programs appears on three rows, with the property details repeated on each row. A property with no programs still appears once, with the program columns left blank.
- Active programs only. Inactive programs and standalone (one-time) services are not listed.
Tip: To get one row per property (for example, to count properties or total up square footage), remove duplicates on the Property ID column in your spreadsheet first.
Using CSV Downloads for Data Verification and Filtering
While the built-in filters within the Spraye dashboard are excellent for day-to-day operations, exporting your data into a CSV spreadsheet unlocks advanced filtering, cross-referencing, and auditing using spreadsheet tools. A few examples:
- Audit sales tax: sort by Sales Tax Area to find properties with the wrong tax area or none at all.
- Find properties without a program: filter Program ID to blanks.
- See every property on a program: filter Program Name to that program.
- Square footage by grass type: remove duplicate Property IDs, then total Yard Square Feet by Total Yard Grass with a pivot table.
- Reconcile with another system: match on Customer ID and Property ID.
Columns in the Export
The first 12 columns are the same as they have always been, so existing spreadsheets and imports keep working. The rest were added on the end.

| Property UUID | The property's long-form unique ID, for integrations that use it. |
| Customer ID, Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Status | The customer on the property. If more than one customer shares the property, this is the one assigned first. |
| Customers On Property | How many customers are assigned to the property. |
| Group Billing | Yes if a customer on the property is set to Group Billing, otherwise No. |
| Group Billing Contact, Group Billing Email | The property's group billing contact, when Group Billing is Yes. |
| Status Detail | The property's full status, for example Prospect, Estimate Sent or Canceled - Moved. |
| Source | Where the property came from (lead source or staff member). |
| Program ID, Program Name | One program on the property (see One row per property per program above). Blank when the property has no active programs. |
| Front Yard Square Feet, Back Yard Square Feet | Front and back yard square footage. |
| Total Yard Grass, Front Yard Grass, Back Yard Grass | Grass types. A custom grass type shows the name you typed. |

Note: If a name, address or note starts with =, +, - or @, it appears in the file with an apostrophe in front (for example '- Back gate code 1234). This stops spreadsheet programs from running the text as a formula.
