How to Download a CSV of All Properties
This export captures individual location metrics vital to your field operations, including physical service addresses, total square footage calculations, property notes, property type, sales tax and service areas.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Navigate to Properties in the main left-hand navigation menu (or access it via the Properties List submenu under your operational dashboard).
- (Optional) Apply any required filters, such as sorting by a specific zip code, neighborhood route, or property size milestone.
- Locate the action toolbar positioned at the top of the property data grid.
- Click the Export to CSV button.
- The system will instantly generate a downloadable spreadsheet containing all physical location records matching your search parameter.
Using CSV Downloads for Data Verification and Filtering
While the built-in filters within the Spraye dashboard are excellent for day-to-day operations, exporting your data into a CSV spreadsheet unlocks advanced filtering, cross-referencing, and auditing capabilities using spreadsheet tools.
