How to Download a CSV of All Customers

This export pulls global account data, including billing addresses, primary contact information, main phone numbers, email subscribed, text subscribed, and customer status.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Customers in the main left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Ensure you are on the All Customers screen.
  3. (Optional) Use the filters at the top of the screen if you only want to export a specific subset of customers (e.g., active accounts only or customers with a specific tag). If you want a complete backup, leave the filters clear.
  4. Locate the data action buttons in the upper-right quadrant of the customer list.
  5. Click the Export to CSV (or Download CSV) button.
  6. The system will compile the data file. Depending on your browser settings, the spreadsheet will automatically download to your computer's "Downloads" folder.

Using CSV Downloads for Data Verification and Filtering

While the built-in filters within the Spraye dashboard are excellent for day-to-day operations, exporting your data into a CSV spreadsheet unlocks advanced filtering, cross-referencing, and auditing capabilities using spreadsheet tools.

Downloading a CSV allows you to quickly verify information integrity and catch administrative inconsistencies across thousands of records at once.
