Spraye and GoHighLevel can work together via the SPRAYE Zapier integration
These two systems can work together, but think of them as serving different parts of your sales and marketing process.
Spraye should stay as your main system for lawn-care-specific workflows: prospects, properties, estimates, estimate follow-up, customers, programs, scheduling, services, invoicing, and production.
Where GoHighLevel may be useful is for the broader marketing automation side that sits outside of Spraye, such as:
- Cold outreach campaigns
- Custom drip or nurture campaigns
- Long-term follow-up for leads who are not ready for an estimate yet
- Reactivating old/cold leads
- Landing pages or ad funnels
- Website forms that feed interested leads into your sales process
- Missed-call text-back
- Review request campaigns
- Referral campaigns
- General seasonal marketing campaigns
A clean workflow could look like this:
GoHighLevel handles outbound marketing, nurture campaigns, landing pages, or cold lead reactivation. Once someone is ready for pricing or service, they should be added to Spraye as a prospect. From there, Spraye handles the estimate, automated estimate follow-up, and the rest of the customer/service workflow.
The main thing I’d watch out for is duplicate messaging. For example, if Spraye is sending estimate follow-ups, I would not also have GoHighLevel sending separate estimate follow-ups about the same estimate. But GoHighLevel could be very helpful before someone becomes an active Spraye prospect, or for marketing campaigns that are not tied to a specific estimate.
