Add an Owner Signature to Your Logo

Some companies in New York choose to include an owner signature in the logo image uploaded to Spraye. This is usually done in a very light grayscale so it appears subtly on documents without being too noticeable.

Add Service Date Ranges to Service Descriptions

Depending on your compliance requirements, you may want to include service date ranges within your Service Descriptions in Spraye.

Include Product Names and EPA Numbers on Contracts

If your contracts need to show the products being used along with their EPA numbers, we recommend adding that information to your Service Descriptions, your Terms and Conditions, or both.

Include Precautionary Statements

It is also common to include pesticide precautionary statements in the Terms and Conditions of your estimates or contracts.

Share Product Labels with Customers

If you need to provide customers with copies of product labels, a common approach is to include a link to a PDF, Google Drive file, or a page on your website. These links can be added to automated emails or included in your Terms and Conditions.

Contact Support for Your Annual Report

When it’s time to submit your annual state report, please reach out to our Support Team. They can generate a custom report for you that saves a substantial amount of time.
