If a property is assigned programs from years past and all the services have been completed, and that property changes ownership in Spraye, then under the new owner all those old programs will populate uncompleted services. So if you change ownership of a property, make sure to clear out any old programs.
To move an existing property to a new customer:
1. You will first need to create the new customer in Spraye,
2. Then you can go into the Property profile for the property you want to move and then find the field called “Assign Customer” on the Property Profile screen and change the customer the property is assigned to by checking and unchecking the appropriate customers.
