How It Works

If you would like to schedule an individual customer for a service without going through the standard scheduling process on the "Unscheduled Screen", you can schedule that from the Customer Profile screen or the Properties Profile screen.


There are 2 primary ways to do this:


1) Add a new standalone service for a customer and then schedule it

- Navigate to the Customer Profile for the customer you want to add a service to

- Click the  "Add Standalone Service" button at the top

- Select the service you want to add, and fill in the necessary details

- On the next screen, the system will ask you if you would like to assign this service to a technician now

- Select "Yes" and it will provide the screen where you can add this schedule to a route or create a new route


   


2) Schedule an existing service that has already been added to a customer or property

  • Go to Customer or Property Profile → Services
  • Check the box next to desired service
  • Click Assign Technician
  • Newly scheduled item appears on technician route immediately



Managing Services for a Customer

On the Customer Profile, click on the the Services tab. This tab contains service-related actions including: 

  • Assigning technicians for a specific service
  • Editing existing scheduled services
  • Holding services until a specific date
  • Add a Promised Date
  • Remove from Schedule
