This feature is designed to help teams manage customer service expectations more effectively with the ability to add and track Promised Dates for services.


Key Features

1. Add a Promised Date

  • On the Services tab of the customer screen, you’ll now see a new “Add Promised Date” button at the top.

  • Simply check the box next to the service and select any date (today or in the future).

  • You can view the saved Promised Date in the column on the right side of the table. 

  • Click the calendar icon to add or remove a Promised Date. 


2. Highlighting Promised Dates in Unassigned Services

We’ve enhanced both the Table View and Map View of the unassigned services list with a Highlight Promised Date(s) tool:

  • Table View (click the blue Filters button and look to the bottom left) 

  • Map View (in the Filters on the right, scroll down) 

  • Slider Control: A toggle/slider is available to activate Promised Date highlighting. 

  • Date Range Picker: You can set a custom date range filter. Any service with a Promised Date that falls within that range (and meets your other filters) will be highlighted on the map or in the table. 


3. Map View Enhancements

When Promised Date highlighting is enabled:

  • Service markers with a Promised Date in the selected range will show a bold exclamation point (!) icon instead of “days since last service.”

  • These markers will always appear on top of other markers, ensuring visibility even in crowded areas.

  • The information in the table will appear with a green highlight

  • You'll also be able to see the Promised Date in the column to the right within that table

  • Improve scheduling and resource allocation with better visibility into upcoming commitments.


Where to Find It

  • Navigate to any Customer > Services tab to add a Promised Date.

  • Use the Unassigned Services > Table or Map view to filter and highlight by Promised Dates.
