The Communications Log tracks all outgoing Email and SMS communications to customers. You can access the Communications Log for each customer by clicking on the Communications Log tab on the right side of the "Update Customer" page.
Using the Filters
The date range filter can be used to see just the emails sent during a particular time frame. Select the Start and End date by clicking on the dates. Once the dates are selected then click on the "Filter" button.
Additionally, the Communication Type (Email or SMS) can be selected to only see that type of message in the list.
Communication Type
On the left side of the list the name and type of message will be shown and on the right side of the list the date and time that the message was sent will be shown.
Message Content
To see the contents of an Email or SMS that was sent click on the message in the list. This will show the Email or SMS message content.
