Scenario 1: The Address is Brand New (Not yet on Google Maps)
When you are dealing with a newly constructed building or a freshly developed subdivision, Google Maps might not recognize the street name or house number yet. If you try to type it in, the system won't find it.
Scenario 2: Multiple Areas Share the Exact Same Address
If you service large properties where different parts of the property have the same physical address then you can save them as separate properties.
Find the Longitude and Latitude:
- Open Google Maps and type in the address or if the address doesn't exist yet then find the approximate location on the map
Right click on the first house (or shop) at this location and Google Maps will show the latitude and longitude of the location
- Click on the latitude and longitude and Google Maps will automatically copy it to your clipboard
In the property profile in Spraye paste the latitude and longitude into the "Address" field
- By using the latitude and longitude of an address you will be able to save multiple properties at the same location
