Within Spraye, you can send notes directly to a Sales Rep from the "Quick View" on a customer's profile. Anytime you send out an estimate, you can assign a "Sales Rep" as seen below.
Once the estimate is accepted, the program will be assigned to that customer and easy to view from the Customer Quick View screen. Next to the assigned program is the Sales Rep column that shows you which sales rep sold this program or service.
Here, you can click on the name of the Sales Rep and leave them a note. See details below:
In the "New Note" modal that appears, you can enter your note contents, property, user, and images.
