You now have the ability to add "Reschedule Reasons" on your global settings page. Adding reasons here will make the rescheduling process easier and faster for you. These reschedule reasons show up in a few different places throughout Spraye. 

  • Technician View: When your technician clicks the Reschedule button
  • Admin View: When you reschedule from the Scheduled Services screen (2 options):
    1. Calendar View: When you drag and drop a service onto a different date
    2. Table View: When you check the box next to a service and click Edit
