If your company charges sales tax, you may add each Sales Tax Area here and the percentage charged within that area. For more information, see: Sales Tax Area Report.

NoteYou can add a "Default Sales Tax Area" in this section if you prefer. Use the dropdown menu to choose a default area by checking the box next to the name. Click Submit. Now, each time you add a new customer, they will automatically be assigned to the "Default Sales Tax Area" chosen. You can change this manually any time by unchecking the boxes in their customer profile.
