In this section, you may check the box next to any field you would like to include in the outgoing service completion emails to your customers. Ex: If you check "Active Ingredients", all of the active ingredients the technician uses in the field will be listed in the service completion email that your customer receives. Don't forget to click Submit to ensure that your changes are saved.


All of the above information is recorded in your compliance data. 


NOTE You must have this information filled out for each product before it will show up in the email and completed service log.
