Our Material Resource Planning report allows you to see an estimated amount of products you have on hand and how many you still need to order based on square footage and outstanding services. Choose as many services as you’d like from the filter at the top of the page. 

Now, you can see all the products you currently use for those services. The next column shows you the number of services each of those products will be used on. After that, you can see the outstanding square feet to be treated with those products and estimated amount of product needed. 

Important: If you don’t keep track of inventory, you can still use this report by clicking “Material Resource Planning” under the Reports tab (instead of Inventory). This report will give you a raw number of products that you need to complete outstanding services instead of pulling from inventory.
