On the products page, you will add all of your chemicals, application rates, and regulatory information. Products will be added to Services. The Products screen lists all of your current products and shows which services each are currently assigned to at a glance. You can Edit or Delete a product by clicking on the corresponding icons on the right side of the screen.

How To Add a new product:

• Click the Add Product button at the top of your screen. 
  • Remember: Your onboarding specialist will bulk upload your products to get you started if you provide your data for them. If you choose to bulk upload products on your own, please reach out to us at support@spraye.io for assistance. 
• Enter your product name, regulatory information, cost, and application rates. Including this information allows Spraye to accurately record the amount of product you have used for your compliance data. 
• Next, you’ll choose a Service that would include your product (you can also add the products for a service from the "Add Service" screen). Assigning a service during product creation is optional. Products can easily be attached later when building out Services.
• In the "Vendor" dropdown, if you select Harrell's, then you'll see a shopping cart icon on the right side of the "Products" page that you can click to send a purchase order request to Harrell's.

• You also have the ability to add a Re-Entry Time for that product. This information will be included in the automated emails sent to your customer when you complete a service. 
• Click the Submit button at the bottom right of the screen to save your new product.

Requirement for Chemical Tracking

For the system to properly track product usage, each product must have both the Application Rate and the Mixture Application Rate defined. Missing either of these required rates will prevent Spraye from accurately recording product usage.

If a chemical is not mixed, the Mixture Application Rate should be the same as the Application Rate.

FAQ

• What is the difference between application rate & mixture application rate?

  • Application Rate is the amount of actual product put down per 1000 sq ft or per acre.
  • Mixture application rate is the total amount of product + carrier applied to the lawn per 1000 sq ft or per acre.
  • Example: Your rate per k of a herbicide is 1 fl oz. But you put down a total of 1 gallon of liquid (products plus carrier) when applying the product to a lawn. Your application rate would be 1 fl oz per 1000 sq ft. Your mixture application rate would be 1 gallon per 1000 sq ft.
  • Example 2: You are spreading a granular fertilizer at 5 pounds per 1000 sq ft. In this case your application rate would be 5 pounds per 1000 sq ft and your mixture application rate (since you don't mix it with anything) would be 5 pounds per 1000 sq ft.

Note: You may edit/delete products at any time by clicking the pencil icon (edit) or the trash icon (delete) from your main products screen. 

Exporting Your Products to CSV

To download a spreadsheet of your products, click the CSV Download button at the top of the Products page. Your browser downloads a file named products_YYYY-MM-DD.csv with one row per product. Archived products are not included.

Note: The file includes your purchase cost for each product, so keep that in mind before sharing it outside your company.
