The Customer screen is where you will manage all of your customers. You can add single customers manually or ask you onboarding specialist to bulk upload multiple customers simultaneously using a spreadsheet. You can add a new customer from the Dashboard or the Customer screen by clicking Add Customer at the top of the page. 


How to add a single customer: 

  • Click Add Customer

    • Note You will see a small, red asterisk next to any required fields. The "email" & "mobile" fields are not actually required, but are highly recommended. 



  • Fill in as much information as possible and be sure to check any "Pre-Service Notifications" you need for the customer.
  • Optionally, you can either add a new Property for this customer directly from this screen or if you have already uploaded all Properties or if the Property already exists you can select it from the list.
