Overview
Auto-Renew renews customers into next season's programs without sending estimates.
Use this option if:
You don’t offer prepays
You want a simple “renew everyone as-is” workflow
You don't need to pull in price overrides from previous estimates.
If you haven't already read the article that explains the overall renewal process, please read that here.
1. Start Auto-Renew
Go to the Programs screen and click on "Renew Programs/Services" Button
If you have not created your programs for next year, you need to go to this article and follow the steps to do that.
If your programs are created for next year, proceed.
Select Auto-Renew
Choose whichever current year programs you would like to auto-renew
2. Exclude Customers to Renew
You can:
Include all customers
Exclude properties by tags, status, service area, program or property type.
3. Map Current Year Programs → Next Year Programs
Make sure each old program is mapped to the correct new program.
4. Adjust Pricing (Optional)
You can:
Apply global increases
Adjust individual prices
Remove overrides
Clean up $0 overrides
Note: If you are going to remove $0 overrides, we recommend doing this before making any other bulk adjustments.
5. Review & Complete Auto-Renew
SPRAYE shows a final summary of:
# of properties being renewed
Program mappings
If you would like to send your customers an email regarding their renewal, you will choose that option and customize the subject and message you would like to send when completing this process (this message will send immediately to all customers being renewed).
If everything looks right, click Complete.
6. After Auto-Renew
Customers are immediately moved into 2026 programs and are ready for scheduling.
You may still:
Adjust service pricing
Remove properties from programs manually
Update price overrides for non-prepay programs
