When planning out services, revenue, and products needed, it is helpful to have a place to see what has already been done and what you still have to complete. Our "Available Work Report" makes it easy to see these things. Just choose which service(s) and program(s) you want to see, and Spraye will show you how many services you started with, how many you have already completed, and how many you have left. We'll also show you information on square footage and revenue for these services.
Here's how it works:
Start by choosing Reports from the main navigation panel on the left side of your screen. Then, click Available Work Report.
From here, you can choose which services and programs you'd like to search.
Simply choose from the list, then click Search and Spraye will show you info on your chosen services broken down by service area.

Below is a detailed breakdown of all filters and columns in this report:
Filters:
Services - Only shows totals for any services chosen. If multiple services are chosen, it will add all #’s together.
Programs - Only shows totals for any services in chosen program(s). If multiple programs are chosen, it will add all #’s together.
Date Range - If a date range is selected, it will only show services that were added to properties within that date range.
Property Type - Will only show totals for the property type chosen.
Columns:
Service area:
Lists each service area a property is a part of. All of these metrics are broken down by service area with a totals line at the bottom that gives a total for all service areas. The “NONE” service area means these are properties without a service area.
Total Services Assigned:
Total number of services originally assigned to properties
Total Services Scheduled:
Total number of services currently scheduled
Total Services Completed:
Total number of services completed
Total Service Outstanding:
Total number of services not scheduled or completed
% Services Completed:

Total square footage originally assigned to properties
